Giants UDFA Signings Updated: Herzlich, Hynoski Top List

In addition to signing Mark Herzlich, the cancer-surviving outside linebacker from Boston College on Tuesday, the New York Giants added several other undrafted free agents.

The complete list as of 3 p.m. ET is below, courtesy of NEPatriotsDraft.

Herzlich, of course will get the most attention. His is a feel-good story after he missed a full season due to bone cancer before returning for his senior year. As a sophomore Herzlich was one of the best defensive players in the country. He is still trying to regain that form.

The player who could see the most immediate playing time, however, is Hynoski. The 6-foot-2, 260-pound fullback could step right into the team’s starting lineup. Fullback Madison Hedgecock is likely to be cut after two injury-riddled, ineffective seasons. Bear Pascoe, who filled in for much of last season, could return to the blocking tight end role he is best suited for should Hynoski prove capable.

Jarriel King (OT, South Carolina)
Henry Hynoski (FB, Pitt)
Martin Parker (DL, Richmond)
Spencer Paysinger (LB, Oregon)
David Sims (S, Iowa State)
Mark Herzlich (LB, Boston College)
Harry Flaherty (TE/LS, Princeton)
