2011 NFL Draft, Round 2: Still Lots Of Talent Available

The 2011 NFL Draft continues Friday night at Radio City Music Hall with rounds 2 and 3 (6 p.m. ET, ESPN, ESPN2, NFL Network). The New York Giants are scheduled to pick in the second round (52nd overall) and in the third round (84th overall). The New York Jets do not own a second-round selection, and are not scheduled to pick until near the end of the third round (94th overall).

There are many talented players still available, many of whom were thought to be potential first-round selections. Mocking The Draft has a list of its top 10. Heading the list is Georgia defensive end Da'Quan Bowers. UCLA linebacker Akeem Ayers is not on the list, but should be. Other top available players include Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett, Virginia Tech running back Ryan Williams, Notre Dame tight end Kyle Rudolph and TCU quarterback Andy Dalton.

Great players can be found in the second round of the draft. Just ask the Giants about Michael Strahan. So, be sure to pay attention to what your team does Friday evening.
