After a week of trash talk in the media, the New York Jets and New York Giants meet Saturday for a Christmas Eve battle between two teams who still control their own destiny.
Both teams can qualify for the playoffs by winning their final two games -- the Giants would claim the NFC East, while the Jets would win an AFC Wild Card.
The Jets were blasted by the Philadelphia Eagles last week, 45-19, surrendering 102 yards and three touchdowns to Philadelphia running back LeSean McCoy. The Jets' loss ended a three-game winning streak.
The Giants laid an egg against the Washington Redskins, falling 23-10 after Eli Manning threw for three interceptions and the Giants could only muster 91 yards rushing.
