NFL Week 10: Around The NFC East

While the NFC East-leading New York Giants were losing to the San Francisco 49ers Sunday, there was plenty of other action going on around the division.

The Dallas Cowboys blew the doors off the Buffalo Bills, 44-7. The 5-4 Cowboys have emerged as the only legitimate threat to the Giants in the fight for the division title. You can read all about it at SB Nation Dallas or at Blogging The Boys.

The Philadelphia Eagles lost another fourth-quarter lead on Sunday, falling to a horrendously disappointing 3-6 with a loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Even worse, the team said today that quarterback Michael Vick has broken ribs and is unlikely to play Sunday night against the Giants.

The Washington Redskins went back to Rex Grossman at quarterback on Sunday, but it did not matter. The fading Redskins were beaten, 20-9, by the Miami Dolphins. The Redskins are 2-6 on the season. See Hogs Haven for more on the Redskins.
