Hakeem Nicks Injury Update: Giants WR Leaves Game With Hamstring Injury

New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks left Sunday's game late in the fourth quarter before a 20-17 win over the Miami Dolphins.

Nicks left the field about fifteen minutes before the game came to an end, limping to the locker room with an apparent hamstring injury. Word came back a few minutes later that he would not return to the game. (Via Giants beat writer Mike Garafolo)

Nicks had a solid game for the Giants, finishing with six receptions for 67 yards. Hopefully the injury will not be revealed as anything serious, but there are no further details available at this time.

After Nicks left the game, the Giants were able to hold on for a come-from-behind victory after being befuddled by the Dolphins for much of the first half.

Feel free to talk about the game or the Nicks injury with other Giants fans over at SB Nation's Big Blue View.
