NFL Injury Report: Giants' Nicks improving, Bradshaw 'OK'

The Giants were dealing with a handful of injuries heading into Sunday's game against the Redskins, but they appear to have gotten through the game without suffering any setbacks or new serious injuries.

Starting running back Ahmad Bradshaw was questionable for Sunday's game with a foot injury, but head coach Tom Coughlin said he was OK following the game. Bradshaw, who has battled foot injuries throughout his career, rushed 12 times for 43 yards and a touchdown against Washington.

Hakeem Nicks is also dealing with a foot injury, but both Coughlin and Nicks said the receiver is getting better each week. Nicks missed three games earlier this season, but has played two straight. He caught five passes for 53 yards on Sunday and said he feels good and knows the recovery process will just take time.

New York's defensive line also got some good news, as Chris Canty did not suffer any setbacks or re-injure his knee on Sunday, his first game of the season after he began the year on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Kenny Phillips and Jacquian Williams were both inactive against the Redskins and their availability this week will be determined from how much they are able to practice.
