The New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers will meet at Candlestick Park on Sunday afternoon in a rematch of last year's NFC Championship game.

New York comes in with a record of 3-2 after beating the Cleveland Browns, 41-27, at home last weekend. The Giants have looked solid on offense with Eli Manning leading the way once again. In fact, the team ranks third in passing with 309 yards per game.

The Giants are a little banged up but getting healthier. Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks has been out since Week 2, as he's been trying to recover from a foot injury along with some swelling in his knee, but he could return for Sunday's action. Tight end Martellus Bennett sustained a hyper-extended knee against Cleveland, and his status is also questionable.

San Francisco has been one of the league's best teams thus far, sporting a 4-1 record. The 49ers absolutely destroyed their last two opponents, the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets, beating them by a combined 79-3 score.

However, the Niners have injury concerns of their own, with quarterback Alex Smith and running back Brandon Jacobs questionable.
