For the Brooklyn Nets, who have just one pick late in the second round of the 2012 NBA Draft, the real work this offseason is in free agency. Deron Williams is the big story, but a minor plot line could play out with Bosnian forward Mirza Teletovic.
According to the Newark Star-Ledger Teletovic is set to leave his Spanish team and enter the NBA as a free agent this summer. The 6-foot-9 forward expects to sign a deal with the Nets or the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The analysis on Teletovic from Draft Express identifies him as a skilled three-point shooter, but a mediocre defender who leaves something to be desired on the boards as well. He turns 27 in September.
