VIDEO: Deron Williams Sets Franchise Record With 57 Points Against Bobcats

Deron Williams went off against the Charlotte Bobcats on Sunday night, putting up a franchise and career high 57 points in a 104-101 win. He went 16-for-29 shooting from the floor and 21-for-21 from the free throw line, scoring more points than any NBA player so far this season. It was a game for the ages, one that you can relive here. Well, partially:

The previous New Jersey Nets record was 52 points, held by both Mike Newlin and Ray Williams. Deron Williams also had seven assists, six rebounds, a steal and a block (and five turnovers) to help out the cause. Whatever happens after the season, he will have a legacy in New Jersey for some time to come.
