Nets Vs. Hornets Final Score: New Jersey Falls To New Orleans

A rough weekend for the Nets continued on Saturday night, as New Jersey fell 102-94 to New Orleans at home.

Deron Williams, who returned to the court after missing Friday night's blowout loss to Orlando, scored 20 points and dished out an additional 12 assists for the Nets. But his efforts and a combined 36 points from reserves Gerald Green and Anthony Morrow weren't enough to push New Jersey passed the struggling Hornets.

New Orleans was lead by 20 points apiece by guard Marco Bellineli and center Chris Kaman.

The loss pushes New Jersey to 15-31 overall on the season, and 13th overall in the Eastern Conference standings.

Gerald Wallace, whom the Nets acquired leading up to the NBA's trade deadline, had 11 points in 37 minutes of action in his New Jersey debut.
