It was a clean sweep for the Knicks in their home and home series with the Indiana Pacers this weekend, as they were victorious in Indiana on Saturday night, winning 102-88 at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Jeremy Lin led the way for the Knicks, racking up 19 points to go along with seven rebounds and six assists. Most importantly, Lin minimized turnovers (he had just two). Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire each added 16 points for New York, who now has a half game lead over Milwaukee for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
The Pacers were led by stud center Roy Hibbert, who contributed 24 points and 12 rebounds in a losing effort. The team struggled offensively, however, shooting just a shade over 40 percent from the field and hitting just four of 19 three point attempts.
The Knicks next play on Tuesday night, when they host the Toronto Raptors.
