Knicks Vs. 76ers Preview: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The reeling New York Knicks get a chance to get back on the winning track Sunday (Noon ET, MSG, NBA TV) when they host the Atlantic Division leading Philadelphia 76ers at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks just completed a road trip during which they lost all four games, falling to 18-22 on the season.

The struggling Knicks are in eighth place in the Eastern Conference, holding on to the final playoff spot. The Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers are just two games behind the Knicks. Philadelphia (24-17) is 5.5 games ahead of the third-place Knicks in the Atlantic Division.

The Knicks are just 2-6 since Carmelo Anthony rejoined the Knicks lineup, joining Jeremy Lin. The Knicks should get a boost today as center Tyson Chandler is expected back in the lineup after missing two games. Backup center Jared Jeffries is not expect to play.

"We have a long way to go as a team but we have a lot of good pieces," forward Steve Novak said. "If we're just able to blend those and figure it out, by the end of the year were going to be tough."
