The New Jersey Devils host the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday night in the teams' lone meeting of the season.
New Jersey followed a shootout loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs by dropping a 5-2 decision to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday, and will be looking to bounce back against the surging Blackhawks, who are 7-2-1 in their past 10 outings.
The Devils' Travis Zajac returned from an Achilles injury against Pittsburgh on Sunday, netting an assist in his first game since Jan. 2, but New Jersey had no answer for Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, who each netted a goal and an assist.
