According to Rich Chere of The Star-Ledger, the Philadelphia Flyers offered two picks to the Devils for captain Jamie Langenbrunner.
The year and round of the picks were not disclosed.
The Flyers are an odd trade partner for the Devils. General manager Lou Lamoriello has never traded with Philadelphia in his 23 years with the organization.
