- The 2010 MLB playoffs start today. The New York Yankees are in Minnesota to face the Twins (TBS, 8:30 p.m. ET). The Yankees send ace left-hander CC Sabathia to the mound against Francisco Liriano. We will have game coverage, analysis and features for you. SB Nation's Pinstripe Alley will, of course, have even more. The beginning of the playoffs, and late Yankee start, will mean I know at least one person who will need extra coffee in the morning the next couple of weeks. Me!
↵ - Ahmad Bradshaw of the New York Giants earned NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors. Kind of funny, since head coach Tom Coughlin has been critical of Bradshaw this week for his fumbling habit. ↵
