Seton Hall will open conference play in the Big East on Wednesday night when the Pirates challenge the DePaul Blue Demons at Allstate Arena.
Seton Hall enters the contest with an 11-2 overall record and is in the midst of a seven-game winning streak. Wednesday night's contest will be the Pirates' fifth road game of the season (including neutral site games). Both of their losses this season came away from Prudential Center (the team's home arena).
Their leading scorer has been Fuquan Edwin, with 18.2 points per game.
DePaul will also be opening conference play on Wednesday night.
The Blue Demons enter the game with a 9-4 overall record, which includes a 6-2 record at home. In their most recent contest. DePaul fell to Loyola-Chicago, 69-61. The loss snapped a winning streak that spanned seven-games.
They're led by junior forward Cleveland Melvin, who averages 17.1 points and 8.0 rebounds per game.
Wednesday night's contest is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m., ET and will be broadcast locally on SNY. The game can be heard on WMTR 1250 AM.
