Jets-Bills Halftime Score: New York Leads Buffalo, 27-7

The New York Jets have a comfortable 21-7 lead over the Buffalo Bills after 30 minutes of play at Metlife Stadium.

The Jets, who led 7-0 after the first quarter, added to their lead when Mark Sanchez found Stephen Hill for this 33-yard touchdown on the very first play of the second quarter.

Sanchez is having a phenomenal day, completing 15-of-21 passes for 185 yards and two touchdowns.

The Jets went up 21-0 with 12:56 left in the quarter when Jeremy Kerley took a punt 68 yards to the house.

The Bills would finally get on the board when running back C.J. Spiller, filling in for the injured Fred Jackson, broke a 56-yard run that put the Bills on the board.

The Jets would add a pair of Nick Folk field goals late in the half to go up 27-7.
