Jets-Bills First Quarter Score: New York Leads Buffalo, 7-0

After one quarter at Metlife Stadium, the New York Jets lead the Buffalo Bills 7-0.

The Jets and quarterback Mark Sanchez got out to a slow start, as he threw an interception on the team's first drive of the season.

He would rebound quickly however, leading a eight-play, 61-yard drive that was capped with Sanchez finding Jeremy Kerley for a 12-yard score.

After one quarter, the Jets have flexed their muscles offensively, outgaining the Bills, 103 to 39.

As for Tim Tebow, he has one carry for four yards out of the Jets' wildcat formation and has yet to throw a pass.
