NFL Schedule 2012: Jets Host Bills In Season Opener

The 2012-13 NFL season begins Wednesday, as the defending Super Bowl champions New York Giants take on the Dallas Cowboys (8:30 p.m. ET on NBC). The NFC East Division foes begin a much anticipated Week 1 that features a slew of high-profile contests.

On Sunday, the New York Jets open their season against the Buffalo Bills (1 p.m. on CBS). The Jets' own a five-game winning streak over their AFC East Division rival that will feature a new-and-improved defensive line.

Other season-opening contests for NFL's Week 1 are listed below:

Atlanta Falcons at Kansas City Chiefs - 1 p.m. ET on FOX

St. Louis Rams at Detroit Lions - 1 p.m. on FOX

New England Patriots at Tennessee Titans - 1 p.m. on CBS

Miami Dolphins at Houston Texans - 1 p.m. on CBS

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets - 1 p.m. on CBS

Indianapolis Colts at Chicago Bears - 1 p.m. on CBS

Jacksonville Jaguars at Vikings - 1 p.m. on CBS

Carolina Panthers at Buccaneers - 4:25 p.m. on FOX

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals - 4:25 p.m. on FOX

San Francisco 49ers at Green Bay Packers - 4:25 p.m. on FOX

Pittsburgh Steelers at Denver Broncos - 8:20 p.m. on NBC

Monday, Sept. 10

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens - 7 p.m. on ESPN

San Diego Chargers at Oakland Raiders - 10:15 p.m. on ESPN
