The 2012 BMW Championship gets underway on Thursday at Crooked Stick Gold Club in Carmel, Ind.
All of the top players will be in action as the FedEx Cup continues, including Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Phil Mickelson and Bubba Watson.
McIlroy is hot after winning on Monday in the Deutsche Bank Classic. The Northern Ireland native has been getting much more consistent in the past few months, displaying his full arsenal.
Woods is another name to watch, as always. The 14-time major championship is the only player not named McIlroy to win three tournaments in 2012 and could make another push to become Player of the Year.
Nick Watney is also getting ready to tee off Thursday, currently sitting second in the standings behind McIlroy. Watney has just one win this year, but four top-10 finishes to his credit. However, he's played in 23 tournaments compared to Woods' 17, giving him enough points to vault over him.
