The New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys open the 2012 NFL regular season Wednesday night (8:30 p.m. ET/NBC). That means you are frantically trying to figure out how to set your Fantasy Football lineup for the week. Here is some advice regarding which players on Wednesday night's game to start or sit.
For the Giants you can safely start quarterback Eli Manning. Despite Dallas having two new cornerbacks in Morris Claiborne and Brandon Carr Manning should be a good play.
You can also start Giants' wide receiver Victor Cruz. Coming off a record-setting 1,536-yard season there is no reason not to.

As for who to sit, I would not play wide receiver Hakeem Nicks this week. Coming off the broken foot he suffered in the offseason no one really knows how healthy he is. Playing him is a risk until we know.
Playing Giants' running backs Ahmad Bradshaw and David Wilson is also a risk until you know if the Giants can actually improve somewhat on last season's league-worst rushing game.
On the Dallas side, the only advice I have is do not play tight end Jason Witten. it sounds like he is unlikely to play after suffering a lacerated spleen during the preseason.
