The New York Giants released their injury report for Wednesday's season opener against the visiting Dallas Cowboys, and wide receiver Hakeem Nicks was listed as questionable while defensive tackle Marvin Austin, tackle James Brewer and cornerback Prince Amukamara are all listed as out.
Nicks (foot) was one of seven Giants listed as questionable, as tackle Will Beatty (back), linebacker Michael Boley (hamstring), cornerback Jayron Hosley (toe), linebacker Mathias Kiwanuka (groin), running back Da'Rel Scott (knee) and defensive end Adrian Tracy (hamstring) were also listed the same. All but one player was limited in Tuesday's practice, while Hosley fully participated.
Meanwhile, Cowboys' tight end Jason Witten, who's recovering from a lacerated spleen suffered in a preseason game against the Raiders, was listed as doubtful for Wednesday's contest. Witten did practice Tuesday but he was limited.
Dallas players that were listed as probable were: wide receivers Miles Austin (hamstring) and Dez Bryant (knee), linebacker Dan Connor (hip), center Phil Costa (back), running backs DeMarco Murray (wrist) and Phillip Tanner (hand), and linebacker DeMarcus Ware (hamstring). All players fully participated in practice.
