Deutsche Bank Championship 2012 Purse: Rory McIlroy Takes Home $1.44 Million

The 2012 Deutsche Bank Championship has wrapped up. It was Rory McIlroy who came away victorious on Monday afternoon, holding off Louis Oosthuizen and Tiger Woods in the final round. For his win, McIlroy will take home $1.44 million. Oosthuizen gets about $864,000 for his efforts, which isn't too shabby for a second-place finish.

Tiger Woods will receive $544,000. With this money, Woods has become the first (and probably last) PGA Tour golfer to take home more than $100 million in career earnings.

Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson, who finished in a tie for fourth place, will each pocket $352,000. As for the rest of the top ten, here is the their share of the purse.

t-7. Adam Scott -- $258,000

t-7. Jeff Overton -- $258,000

9. Bryce Molder -- $232,000

t-10. Kevin Stadler -- $208,000

t-10. Ryan Moore -- $208,000
