The New York Giants will have seven players inactive, including starting running back Ahmad Bradshaw, when they take on the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night. The Panthers will be sitting seven, including their starting running back Jonathan Stewart.
Joining Bradshaw on the inactive list for New York will be wide receivers Hakeem Nicks and Domenik Hixon, tight end Adrien Robinson, tackle David Diehl, cornerback Michael Coe, and defensive end Adewale Ojomo.
WIth Nicks and Bradshaw both out, the Giants are losing two of their most important weapons. The Panthers would like to have Stewart available, but they have a capable backup.
DeAngelo Williams will get the carries for the Panthers in place of the injured Stewart. The rest of the inactives for Carolina include quarterback Jimmy Clausen, safety Colin Jones, linebacker Thomas Davis, guard Mike Pollak, right tackle Byron Bell, and defensive tackle Sione Fua.
