Week 3 NFL Odds, Jets Vs. Dolphins: New York Favored By 3

The New York Jets are favored in Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. By how much are they favored and what is the total that is being predicted?

The New York Jets are currently favored in Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Early in the week, the line opened with the Jets favored by three points. On TopBet and Bovada, that line has stayed the same. However, on Sportsbook.com the line has shrunk to 2.5 points and on 5Dimes it has shrunk to two.

For the total points in the game, all four books on OddsShark have this game at 40 points total. The Jets were held to just 10 points against the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday, while the Dolphins exploded for 35 points against the Oakland Raiders.

There is a good chance that the total could go over in Sundays game as 16 of the last 24 Jets games have been over in the point total. Countering that though is the fact that 4 of the last 6 Jets road games have gone under.

The Jets play the Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m ET. The game will be broadcast on CBS.
