U.S. Open 2012 Schedule And TV Coverage: Andy Roddick Tries To Hold Of Retirement Sunday

Day 7 of the 2012 U.S. Open will begin at 11 a.m. ET Sunday, and there are many must-watch third-round match-ups on both the men's and women's sides. The biggest match will probably be American Andy Roddick against Italy's Fabio Fognini, which will feature the 30-year-old Roddick trying to hold off retirement for one more day.

That contest will begin around 1:30 p.m. ET at Aruthur Ashe Stadium and can be seen on CBS.

The match will follow No. 2-seeded Novak Djokovic vs. No. 31 Julien Benneteau, which gets underway at 11 a.m. ET. Also playing Sunday is American John Isner, the No. 9 seeded, who will face Germany's Philipp Kohlschreiber in a primetime match, which should start around 8 p.m. ET.

On the women's side, No. 1 seeded Victoria Azarenka will square off against Anna Tatishvili at Arthur Ashe Stadium at 3:30 p.m. ET. Meanwhile, No. 3 Maria Sharapova will take on No. 19 Nadia Petrova at 7 p.m. (Tennis Channel).
