Domenik Hixon Injury: Giants Wide Receiver Suffers Concussion

New York Giants wide receiver Domenik Hixon is done for the day after suffering a concussion in the team's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Hixon left the game early in the second quarter with a head injury, which was soon after found to be a concussion.

The injury is not only a blow to the Giants in the remainder of their game against Tampa Bay on Sunday, but it will also put his status for Thursday's game against the Carolina Panthers in great jeopardy.

Before leaving the game, Hixon had one catch for 12 yards. The Giants currently trail the Buccaneers 17-6 in the second quarter.
