Deutsche Bank Championship 2012: Rory McIlroy Takes Control On Saturday

With two rounds in the books, Rory McIlroy is the leader with a 12-under in the 2012 Deutsche Bank Championship in Norton, Mass.

McIlroy has had consecutive rounds of 65 and appears in total control of his game. Louis Oosthuizen is right in the thick of things, however, just one back of McIlroy's pace. The South African has enjoyed a breakout year including his runner-up finish in the 2012 Masters.

Tiger Woods is playing excellent golf and could be the man to watch in the latter rounds. Woods is tied for third place with Ryan Moore at 10-under after holing a pair of birdies on the last five holes to finish the second round. The 14-time major champion was able to find the touch on the 14th and 17th holes to move closer.

Phil Mickelson is hanging around the top of the leaderboard with a 6-under, staying within shouting distance of McIlroy.
