Team USA Women's Soccer Vs. Japan Preview: Match Time, TV, Online Streaming

The United States won gold medals in women's soccer at the last two Olympic games. On Thursday, they play in their third straight gold medal match, against Japan, at the 2012 London Oylmpics. There is more than just a medal on the line; this match offers a shot at redemption. At last year's Women's World Cup, the United States Women's National Team lost to Japan on penalty kicks.

Japan played a dominant game against Brazil in the quarterfinals, led by Yuki Ogimi. They beat France in the semifinals to advance to the championship match.

Team USA scored on an Alex Morgan header in the final minute of extra time to beat Canada in their last game. Canada led three times during that game, with the Americans battling back each time.

Game Date/Time: Thursday, 2:45 p.m. ET, 7:45 p.m. local

Venue: Wembley Stadium, London, England

TV: NBC Sports Network (U.S. - English), Telemundo (U.S. - Spanish), BBC Three (U.K.), TSN (Canada)
