Team USA Men's Basketball Vs. Australia Preview: Game Time, TV, Online Streaming

On Wednesday, the U.S. Men's Basketball team plays Australia in the quarterfinal of the 2012 London Olympics.

So far, the United States has resembled a machine. While they've had occasional struggles for a half here and there, the Americans have mostly been dominant. In group play they breezed through undefeated, highlighted by the 83-point victory they had against Nigeria that shattered just about every Olympic record.

Head coach Mike Krzyzewski has pushed all the right buttons as he so often does. Now approaching crunch time, the U.S. team faces the Australians as heavy favorites.

Australia has gotten to this point by taking care of business against Group B, including a glorious win over Russia at the buzzer on a Patty Mills 3-pointer. However, the Aussies aren't expected to keep this one close considering the talent gap between the two foes.

If the Americans can hold on, they'll move one step closer to capturing gold as the often-compared 92' Dream Team did.
