Team USA Men's Basketball Vs. Argentina Preview: Game Time, TV Schedule, Online Streaming

Coming off one of its tightest games at the 2012 London Olympics, the USA men’s basketball team will try and end its preliminary-round play with an unblemished 5-0 record Monday (5:15 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network). To do so, Team USA will need to defeat Argentina at the Olympic Park Basketball Arena.

Over the last four days, the United States (4-0) has played two games on the opposite ends of the performance spectrum. Last Thursday, Team USA destroyed Nigeria, 156-73, setting records in the processes, but on Saturday the squad narrowly defeated Lithuania, 99-94.

So far, New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony is leading the team in scoring with 20.4 points per game, while Brooklyn Nets point guard Deron Williams is pacing the team in assists per game (5.8).

Meanwhile, Argentina (4-1) is being led by Luis Scola (22.1 ppg) and Manu Ginobili (21.0). Just a few weeks ago, in a exhibition in Barcelona, Spainl, Aregentina lost to the United States, 86-80.
