Team USA-Lithuania Final Score: USA Rallies For 99-94 Victory

The Team USA men's basketball team survived a major scare from Lithuania Saturday in Olympic action, rallying in the final seven minutes for a 99-94 victory. Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks and LeBron James of the Miami Heat led Team USA in scoring, each with 20 points.

Lithuania led, 82-80, after a three-point play by Toronto Raptors center Luis Kleiza (21 points) with exactly seven minutes to play. Leading 85-84 with 5:39 to play, Team USA went on a 12-4 run to seal the victory. James had seven of those points and nine of Team USA's final 14 points.

Team USA led at halftime, 55-51. Lithuania scored the first five points of the second half to take a 56-55 lead and the game see-sawed from there until James and Team USA took control in the closing moments.

Deron Williams of the Brooklyn Nets finished with 12 points, two assists and two steals in 23 minutes of action. Tyson Chandler of the Knicks played only eight minutes. He had one point, one rebound and one blocked shot.
