2012 U.S. Open Tennis Scores: Nicolas Almagro Completes Comeback; Pablo Andujar Looks To Follow

Nicolas Almagro advanced to the third round of the 2012 U.S. Open by completing a come-from-behind 6-3, 5-7, 5-7, 6-4, 6-4, victory over Philipp Petzschner on Thursday afternoon.

After winning the first set, Almagro lost the next two sets before taking the final two sets. He will face the winner of the match between Flavio Cipolla and Jack Sock.

Pablo Andujar hopes Almagro isn't the only player capable of producing a come-back on Thursday. After dropping the first two sets against Feliciano Lopez, Andujar trailed 6-5 in the third set. After earning a win in the third set, he won the fourth set and currently holds a 2-1 lead in the final set.
