The leaders heading in to the final round of The Barclays have begun their rounds at Bethpage, and a major storyline is the battle between Sergio Garcia and Nick Watney atop the leaderboard
Garcia began the day with a two stroke lead at 10-under, however he bogeyed the first hole, before shooting par on the next four. Watney tied Garcia with a birdie on hole No. 2, but followed that with a bogey on hole No. 5 to move back in to second place. They are both playing in the final group and are through five holes on the course.
Other contenders include Greg Chalmers and Brandt Snedeker who are both at 7-under par through seven holes. Lee Westwood and Tim Clark are also not far off at 6-under and still have a shot at winning.
