Jeremy Kerley revealed that the hamstring injury that has kept him out since the very beginning of training camp is actually a slight tear, but luckily, it won't keep the return man out long. Manish Mehta of the Daily News tweeted the news:
Jeremy Kerley said that he actually suffered a slight year in his hamstring. Hopeful he will be back doing team drills by end of week

Kerley's injury doesn't seem to be terribly serious and most likely won't result in him missing any time in the regular season. However, his exact timetable for return is still unknown. The second-year wide receiver from TCU had 314 yards receiving in his rookie year but was most notable as a punt returner, a role that Jordan White took over in the team's first preseason game.
