New York Giants' Eli Manning A Top 5 Quarterback -- ESPN's Ron Jaworski

How good is New York Giants' quarterback Eli Manning? Even with two Super Bowl rings, and two richly-deserved Super Bowl MVP trophies to boot, that question always seems to be out there.

"Manning is one of the smartest, most aware quarterbacks in the NFL. His development over the last three or four years has been steady and consistent. He is now one of the top-five quarterbacks in the NFL," Jaworski said.

These are interesting the wake of Amani Toomer's recent comments that Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys is a better quarterback than the two-time Super Bowl MVP. They come from someone who played the position and makes his living now studying every snap of the guys currently playing it.
