The New York Liberty take their struggling road record to Minnesota to face the Lynx on Thursday night. Even though the Liberty sport a 2-4 road record, comparted to the Lynx's perfect 5-0 home record, New York is still the last team to beat Minnesota, aside from the first loss of the season over the weekend to the Seattle Storm.

Minnesota fell to New York last September by 16 points.

The Liberty will have their hands full against one of the brightest young stars in the league, Maya Moore. To counter that, New York will rely on the energy of players like Cappie Pondexter, who has helped lead the Liberty to four wins out of six games.

New York suffered its worst loss in franchise history last week when the Eastern Conference leading Connecticut Sun took it to them 97-55. This is sure to be an interesting matchup between the Liberty and Lynx.
