Fresh off a three-game sweep of the inter-city rival New York Mets the New York Yankees (34-25) continue inter-league play when they open a three-game series Monday night at Turner Field against the Atlanta Braves (34-26). Monday's game begins at 7:10 p.m. ET and will be shown on YES Network.

Monday's series opener finds the Yankees sending Ivan Nova (7-2, 5.09 ERA) to the mound against Randall Delgado (4-5, 4.26).
