2012 French Open Final: Match Postponed Until Monday

Rain has reared its ugly head yet again at the 2012 French Open, and this time, it forced the match to be postponed until Monday.

Rafael Nadal currently leads top-seeded Novak Djokovic 6-4, 6-3, 2-6, 1-2 in the 2012 French Open final. Play was suspended during the second set because of rain, but the match resumed, allowing Nadal to take a two set to none lead over the world's No. 1 player.

Djokovic, though, would respond, dominating the third set, winning it 6-2. At one point between the third and fourth sets, Djokovic won eight straight games, before Nadal snapped the streak in the third game of the fourth set.

Play was once again suspended after Nadal snapped Djokovic's streak in the fourth set, and unfortunately for tennis fans, the match will not resume until Monday morning.

Any type of momentum by either player is now halted, as both players will have to wait a day before resuming play in the fourth set.

The match will resume at 7:00 a.m. ET on Monday and can be seen on NBC.
