The Stony Brook Seawolves aren't backing down from No. 7 LSU for a second and as a result will play the Tigers in a decisive Game 3 Sunday in the Baton Rouge Super Regional at Alex Box Stadium. This game will be televised on ESPN2 at 1 p.m. ET.
UPDATE: The game has been moved to 8:05 p.m. ET.
No one can say for sure, but this could be a totally different situation had Game 1 not been suspended due to weather conditions on Friday. The contest was tied at four runs apiece in extra innings when the tarp was pulled out and LSU ended up winning the next day when it resumed.
The Seawolves didn't blink, though. Stony Brook defeated LSU 3-1 on Saturday and looks to pull off the upset with Sunday's third and final game of the series.
