Good morning, sports fans! Let's see what we have to offer you this morning.
NHL Playoffs
The New Jersey Devils advanced to the 2012 NHL Stanley Cup Playoff Eastern Conference Finals by dispatching the Philadelphia Flyers, 3-1, on Tuesday night. Now, if the New York Rangers can do their part and get rid of the Washington Capitals we can have a nice New York vs. New Jersey battle to go to the Stanley Cup Finals.
Knicks vs. Heat
Will the New York Knicks' season end tonight? The Jeremy Lin-less (and Baron Davis-less and Iman Shumpert-less) Knicks face the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the opening round series in the 2012 NBA Playoffs. We know Lin won't play. What we don't know is if Mike Woodson has done enough to stay on as Knicks' coach.
SB Nation Video Of The Day
I wrote Tuesday about Amy Nelson's interview with Walt 'Clyde' Frazier. The teaser is hilarious. I can't wait for the full interview to air on SB Nation YouTube later today.

Baseball
The New York Yankees defeated the Tampa Bay Rays, 5-3, Tuesday night. David Robertson, the new closer with Mariano Rivera shelved, wriggled out of a bases-loaded ninth-inning jam, and Raul Ibanez homered twice.
The New York Mets won their fourth straight game, defeating the Philadelphia Phillies, 7-4. Maybe, just maybe, the 17-13 Mets are not going to stink this season.
Quotable
Celebrate, Devils fans, the team's going to the Eastern Conference Finals. If you're not happy, then, well, I don't know what to tell you.
