Indy 500: Start Time, TV Coverage And More

For the 96th time Sunday "The Greatest Spectacle In Motorsports" will take place (12 p.m. ET on ABC), as the Indianapolis 500 will be run at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Ryan Briscoe will start on the pole, joined by James Hinchcliffe and Ryan Hunter-Reay on the first row.

Overall, the Indy 500 will be an emotional one as last year's winner Dan Wheldon, who died in an on-the-track crash last October, will be honor with many pre-race tributes. One of them being that every fan at Indy will get a pair of white cardboard sunglasses, the same style that Wheldon wore, and wear them in tribute.

Pre-race predictions have Chevy has a heavy favorite to come away with the victory. with Briscoe and Helio Castroneves as the favorites to pull out the victory.
