After a second round 2-under-par 70 on Friday, St. John's grad Keegan Bradley will make the cut at the 2012 Players Championship. He is currently tied for 30th. Bradley finished this event last year at 5-over-par in 72nd place.
Bradley recovered after shooting two bogeys on the front nine on Friday by scoring four birdies on the back nine, including back-to-back birdies on 17 and 18. On Thursday, Bradley shot an even par and had four birdies and four bogies on the day.
There is a three-way tie for first place after Friday at 8-under-par. Zach Johnson hit a 66, Kevin Na shot a 69 and Matt Kuchar had a round of 68 on Friday to get to 8-under for the tournament. The trio is just one shot ahead of Harris English in fourth place.
