'Morning Coffee': Rangers Clinch Top Seed In Eastern Conference Playoffs!

RANGERS CLINCH TOP SEED

On just 11 shots the New York Rangers snagged a 4-0 lead and never looked back Tuesday, as they downed the Philadelphia Flyers 5-3. The victory helped the Rangers win the Eastern Conference outright for the first time since 1993-94 and cap a six-game series sweep of their Atlantic Division rivals.

KNICKS FALL TO PACERS, PLAYOFF RACE TIGHTENS

Despite Carmelo Anthony netting a game-high 39 points, New York fell at Indiana 112-104. The Knicks lead on the Milwaukee Bucks for the last-playoff spot is now just 1 1/2 games. Just 23 days remaining in the regular season.

IKE DAVIS' WALK-OFF HOMER DOWNS YANKEES

Hey, it may be just Spring Training baseball, but New York Mets' first basemen Ike Davis smacked a walk-off home run on Tuesday to down the New York Yankees, 7-6. It's OK Yankee fans, keep your chin up your team will be fine.
