With the 32nd pick in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft, the New York Giants have selected Adrien Robinson, a tight end out of Cincinnati.
Robinson had 29 catches for 434 yards and five touchdowns while playing at the University of CIncinnati. He has the prototypical size that a team looks for at tight end, as he is 6-foot-4, 267 pounds.
Robinson visited the Giants on a pre-draft visit and impressed them according to Star-Ledger reporter Mike Garafolo:
Giants loved Robinson. Was in for a pre-draft visit. Had a tremendous spring. I was gonna project him later but no 5th for them. #nyg
