With the fourth overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings have selected Southern California offensive tackle Matt Kalil.
Kalil has been considered the top offensive line talent in this draft and the most surefire prospect on the offensive line. Kalil was part of a USC o-line that gave up just eight sacks last season in protecting the blind side of quarterback Matt Barkley. Kalil was also the Morris Trophy winner, the 12th in USC football history.

Not a whole lot, though Vikings have traditionally given the Giants plenty of trouble. A stronger offensive line obviously bodes well for Minnesota's ability to protect young quarterback Christian Ponder.
