The semi-finals and championship game of the 2012 NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Tournament (The Frozen Four) will be held at Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa, Florida on April 5 and April 7.
The Union College Dutchmen will face the Ferris State Bulldogs in one semi-final on April 5 at 4:30 p.m. The Boston College Eagles will play the Minnesota Golden Gophers in the other semi-final on April 5 at 8 p.m.
Union got to the semi-final by defeating Michigan State and UMass-Lowell. Ferris State defeated Denver and Cornell to get to the semis. Union has won by outscoring their opponents while Ferris State's defense has propelled them to the Frozen Four.
On the other side of the bracket, Boston College defeated Air Force and Minnesota-Duluth without conceding a goal. Minnesota has allowed five goals in two matches in the tournament but outscored Boston and North Dakota 12-5 in those games.
