The Masters 2012 Odds: Tiger Woods Is The Favorite Once Again

Masters week is finally upon us.The course is waiting and ready with its normal breathtaking amount of color and difficulty awaiting the pros.

The buildup will be enormous considering what Tiger Woods has done recently. Of course, Woods is coming off his first win since taking a sabbatical following his very public incident in 2009. Not surprisingly, he's the odds-on favorite to take home his fifth green jacket and his first since 2005.

Woods is a (4/1) favorite, according to Las Vegas Sports Betting.

Rory McIlroy is a close second, sporting (11/2) odds with Phil Mickelson finishes off the top three with (11/1) chances.

Hunter Mahan made himself a hot name by winning the Houston Shell Open on Sunday and now has (28/1) odds for anyone who feels confident in him.

Another name to perhaps consider is Dustin Johnson, who many feel is one of the real up-and-comers in golf. He's a darkhorse pick with a (40/1) bet attached to his name.

It all starts Thursday morning in Augusta, Georgia for the world to see.
