NCAA Final Four 2012, Ohio State Vs. Kansas Final Score: Jayhawks Win Thriller, 64-62, Over Buckeyes

Behind 19 points from junior forward Thomas Robinson, the Kansas Jayhawks overcome a nine-point halftime deficit to beat the Ohio. St. Buckeyes, 64-62, in a NCAA Tournament Semifinal contest in New Orleans, LA. The victory propels the Jayhawks (31-6) to Monday's National Championship Game where they will play the Kentucky Wildcats (9:23 p.m. ET on CBS).

Junior guard Travis Releford scored four of his 15 points during a late 6-0 Kansas run, which concluded with layup by junior guard Elijah Johnson a turned a three-point deficit into a 62-59 advantage with 1:08 remaining.

From there, Kansas relied on its defense and two free throws from Tyshawn Tyalor (10 points) to cement a trip to the title game for the first time since 2008, when they defeated the John Calipari-led Memphis Tigers.

The Buckeyes were paced by senior guard guard William Buford's 19 points, while sophomore center Jared Sullinger netted scored 13 points and collected 11 rebounds in probably his final game in a Ohio State uniform.
