NCAA Hockey Tournament 2012: Union Vs. UMass-Lowell Final Score, Dutchmen Take Down Riverhawks, 4-2

The top-seed in the Eastern Regional has advanced, as the Union Dutchmen took down the UMass-Lowell Riverhawks 4-2 in second round action of the NCAA tournament on Saturday night.

Josh Jooris tallied a goal and an assist for Union, including a second period score that would prove to be the game-winner.

Daniel Ciampini, Kyle Bodie and Jeremy Walsh each added a tally for the Dutchmen, and Troy Grosenick made 19 saves on 21 attempts.

Matt Ferreira and Terrance Wallin had goals for the Riverhawks, but their efforts proved futile for against the third ranked teaming the country.

With the win, Union advances to the Frozen Four in Tampa Bay, where they will take on the winner of Saturday night's Cornell Vs. Ferris State matchup.

Frozen Four play begins April 5th.
